Linens and towels are optional and are not included in these rates. If you need linens services please ask. We charge a $35 to $75 washing fee for bed linens and towels depending on the # of guests.

Weekly rates include 7 nights stay. Change over day will be either Saturday or Sunday during peak weeks Depending on first reservations made for a given time. Partial weeks considered during non-peak weeks.  Minimum stay is 2 nights.

9% VT State Rooms Tax will be charged additionally to your payments.
